Were recruiting for a CA(SA) to join a healthcare group as Finance Business Partner working closely alongside the Managing Director of the groups medical device business. This isnt a close-and-report role. Youll be in the room for pricing calls deal evaluations and commercial trade-offs with real scope to influence how the business is run. Because the business imports product and the group spans several entities youll also get your hands on foreign currency trade finance and multi-entity work that most commercial finance roles never touch.

What youll be doing

• Partnering directly with the Managing Director on commercial and pricing decisions budgets forecasts and cash-flow forecasting.
• Managing letters of credit bank guarantees and forward cover for foreign currency imports.
• Handling exchange control requirements SARB reporting and landed-cost modelling.
• Overseeing local statutory and tax compliance including VAT PAYE SARS submissions customs and duties.
• Coordinating the local audit process.
• Extending commercial and financial support to other entities across the group.

What were looking for

• CA(SA) non-negotiable.
• Roughly 3 years post-articles experience were more interested in commercial partnering instinct than years on the clock.
• A track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders on real decisions not just producing the numbers behind them.
• Comfort with (or genuine appetite to learn) foreign currency trade finance and import-related finance work.
• Confidence operating across multiple entities within a group structure.
