Job Level: Senior Security Engineer (L3)

Job Purpose

The Senior Endpoint Security Engineer serves as the technical lead for endpoint security vulnerability management and workstation/server protection across the organisation.

The role will drive endpoint security strategy lead complex investigations mentor engineers and help mature the organisations endpoint security capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to L2 responsibilities:

• Own Microsoft Defender for Endpoint architecture and standards.
• Lead major incident investigations.
• Drive vulnerability remediation programmes.
• Lead endpoint hardening initiatives.
• Define security baselines and standards.
• Develop automation and remediation workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Lead security improvement projects.
• Provide executive-level security reporting.
• Drive compliance and governance activities.

Experience

• 610 years Information Security experience.
• 4 years dedicated Endpoint Security experience.
• Strong Microsoft Security stack expertise.
• Experience leading remediation and security improvement programmes.

Certifications Preferred

• SC-200
• AZ-500
• CISSP
• Microsoft Defender Specialist certifications
