Overview

La Granson International is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily sales activities and help deliver a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales who enjoys working with people learning about products and contributing to a teams success.

The Sales Assistant will play an important role in welcoming customers understanding their needs supporting product selection and helping maintain an organised and professional sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  

• Assist customers with product information pricing and availability
  

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  

• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
  

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  

• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns in a helpful manner
  

• Maintain clean organised and well-presented sales displays and work areas
  

• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing inventory
  

• Assist with receiving unpacking and arranging stock when needed
  

• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
  

• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
