FLEET ASSISTANTS

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the day-to-day management of the company fleet. Schedule and monitor vehicle servicing maintenance repairs and inspections. Manage vehicle licensing registrations insurance and fleet-related documentation. Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting. Monitor vehicle utilisation fuel consumption and driver compliance. Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs when required. Liaise with service providers workshops insurers and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant road traffic legislation. Assist with the allocation and tracking of company vehicles.
