A well-established franchised dealership is looking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking in customer service vehicle for servicing and repairs
• Preparing accurate job cards and repair instructions
• Liaising between customers and workshop
• Providing regular progress updates to customers
• Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
• Ensuring a smooth professional customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum of 2 years recent Service Advisor experience within a franchised environment
• Previous Lexus or Toyota dealership experience in highly advantageous
• Working knowledge of Kerridge and E-Toyota
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration and organisational abilities
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume workshop environment
• Must be able to converse comfortably in both English and Afrikaans

• Valid Drivers License
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Stable employment history with contactable references
