Job Overview: As a Hotel Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main responsibility will be to provide a warm and efficient welcome to guests handle their requests and inquiries and assist with their check-in and check-out process. You will also be responsible for managing reservations handling payments and maintaining the reception areas cleanliness and organization.
