Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Assess, determine, and validate the scope of repairs, services, and maintenance to deliver accurate cost estimates.

• Inspect trailers for structural, mechanical, electrical, and air system damages to accurately determine repair or replacement costs.

• Prepare and deliver detailed repair quotations within 24 hours.

• Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries, service calls, and urgent requests around the clock.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient service execution.

• Oversee quality control checks before the final release of trailers and attend customer inspections.

• Maintain strong customer relationships, proactively address concerns, and support business growth.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all pricing, intellectual property, and client information.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in C and R programming languages.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Familiarity with the following:

• Automotive repair processes

• Cost estimation and invoicing

• Quality control standards
