Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be actively involved across the entire product development lifecycle, focusing on "shifting left" practices. This includes requirements elicitation, documentation, modelling, design, testing, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Manager, and senior engineers to ensure excellent system functionality and user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology
- OR a relevant Business Analyst qualification
- OR 6+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated capability in required skills

Experience working in a Travel Management Company (B2B or B2C)Requirements elicitation and documentationVisual modelling (state transitions, workflows, etc.)Information ArchitectureWriting test scenarios and user acceptance criteriaStrong troubleshooting and technical issue resolutionBusiness rules and decision logic tablesCreating MVPs, MSSs, alternate scenariosWorkflow / path flow diagramsAbility to produce feature explanation videosKey Responsibilities
