  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Monitoring progress and utilization
  • Tracking trucks
  • Sorting out customer problems and assisting drivers with problems
  • Getting extra orders
  • Communicating factory problems to the customer
  • Capturing breakdowns
  • Supervising and controlling driver activities
