We're looking for a technical leader to join one of South Africa's largest retail technology environments, where you'll help deliver innovative solutions that support millions of customers every day. What you'll be doing: Lead the design and development of enterprise .NET applications. Build scalable APIs, microservices and cloud-native solutions. Mentor and guide a team of talented developers. Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Product Owners. Deliver high-quality solutions within Agile delivery teams. We're looking for: 8+ years' software development experience. 5+ years' experience with Microsoft .NET \/ .NET Core \/ .NET 8. Strong C# and ASP.NET Core development experience. REST API and Microservices expertise. SQL Server and Entity Framework Core experience. Azure Cloud development (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, API Management). Azure DevOps, Git and CI\/CD pipeline experience. Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers. Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and secure coding practices.
