Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Salary: R60 000 - R70 000 CTC. Neg (DOE) Incl. The Human Resources Manager provides functional leadership to optimize HR operational delivery, compliance, and department effectiveness. This role partners with business heads to drive strategic human capital management, overseeing recruitment, performance planning (KPIs), training, policy development, and employee relations Minimum Requirements Education: Matric (Grade 12) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Experience: 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level. Experience in the retail, manufacturing, and design of luxury fine jewelry is highly preferred Core Competencies Strategic thinking and analytical ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate teams and drive self-development High level of professionalism and self-management Key Responsibilities Financial Management Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment budgets. Manage and resolve staff overpayments efficiently. Employee & Industrial Relations Implement IR policies and strategies to maintain labour stability and a productive workforce. Provide expert HR counsel on grievance and disciplinary procedures. Attend investigatory meetings and disciplinary hearings to ensure policy compliance. Coach and guide managers on performance management, constructive feedback, and handling poor performance.
