Job Title: Technical Sales Representative – Coatings & Asset Protection

Location: Benoni (Gauteng)

Basic Salary: Negotiable from R25K per month (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Commission: On-Target Earnings (OTE) between R50K to R80K per month

YOUR MISSION

You will aggressively expand our client's market share within heavy industrial sectors. Your core mission involves hunting new business and securing high-value maintenance contracts. You will build deep partnerships with plant engineers, asset managers, and marine buyers. Acting as a trusted technical ambassador, you will conduct on-site machinery assessments. You will manage the entire pipeline from technical presentation to final closing. Conquering these industrial territories requires relentless follow-up and strong relationship management.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You possess a minimum of 10 years of proven B2B sales experience in heavy industry, mining, or marine markets.
• You have a track record selling plant maintenance, industrial painting, or mechanical refurbishment.
• You are a resilient, self-managing individual who thrives on closing complex capital deals.
• You may have fluency in Xhosa or Zulu to best navigate regional accounts.
• You bring a positive attitude, outstanding listening skills, and deep customer trust.
• Professional certifications (such as NACE, AMPP, or CorrISA) will drastically increase your probability of placement.
