Production Supervisor - Killarney Gardens

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, drive production efficiencies, and lead a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets.

• Ensure product quality while maximising throughput and minimising waste.

• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and health and safety standards.

• Coordinate production processes and support effective plant operations.

• Coach, develop, and manage team performance to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Matric with Mathematics and Science or N3.

• National Certificate in Food Processing.

• Diploma in Production Management.

• Leadership or Management training.

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a food or fruit processing environment.

• Sound knowledge of food processing, production operations, quality systems, HACCP, ISO, and GMP.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
