Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this is a role for an adaptable problem-solversomeone who can navigate the daily complexities of luxury build sites, assist across multiple active projects, and maintain a calm, professional presence for our team and clients.

Who You Are

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Construction or similiar
• Experienced: You have 24 years of hands-on experience in the residential construction industry, ideally with exposure to high-end or luxury builds.
• Technical Aptitude: You possess a solid foundational understanding of residential building methods, architectural drawings, and high-end finishes.
• Support-Oriented & Adaptable: You are eager to learn, take initiative on site, and handle fast-paced environments with composure.
• Cape Town Based: You are local, have valid transport, and are ready to spend significant time on-site across Cape Towns premier suburbs.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, consultants, and site teams.

What You'll Do

• Senior PM & Site Support: Work closely alongside the Senior Project Manager to assist in driving prestigious residential projects from groundbreaking to final handover across various Cape Town sites.
• Site & Trade Coordination: Support daily site operations by liaising with sub-contractors and artisans, ensuring our "quality-first" standards and safety protocols are maintained on the ground.
• Timeline & Progress Tracking: Assist in tracking site schedules, monitoring material deliveries, and updating site logs to keep projects moving forward efficiently without compromising design intent.
• Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Support communication between clients, architects, and engineers. Translate day-to-day site progress and technical details into clear, professional updates.
• On-Site Problem Solving: Proactively identify site bottlenecks, flag risks to the Senior PM, and help implement practical, on-the-ground solutions.
• Multi-Site Logistics: Travel between various active project sites across Cape Town to assist with site inspections, quality control checks, and administrative support
