MEP Revit Modeller

Join a well-established engineering consultancy working on a portfolio of high-end private developments luxury hotels and high-rise residential projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Revit Modeller who is passionate about producing accurate BIM models and collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain MEP Revit models for building services projects
• Produce coordinated 3D models drawings and construction documentation
• Coordinate with mechanical electrical plumbing and structural teams to resolve clashes
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements
• Assist with project coordination throughout the design and documentation phases
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an MEP Revit Modeller
• Proven experience on private hotel and high-rise residential building projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
• Sound understanding of MEP building services and construction documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualification:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Electrical Building Services Draughting
• Autodesk Revit certification will be advantageous
