Are you a high-energy closer looking to accelerate your career?

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join a fast-growing Chinese Brand Dealership in Cape Town City.

If you have 2+ years of franchised dealership experience and a passion for unlocking high-commission structures, this role is for you.

🚗 What You Will Do:

  • Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle of pre-owned vehicles from digital lead to showroom delivery.
  • Hunt & Prospect: Generate new business using social media, local networking, and referrals.
  • Drive Finance Penetration: Work with our F&I team to structure clean finance applications and boost accessory sales.
  • Deliver 5-Star Service: Conduct premium test drives and maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

✔️ What You Need to Bring:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience selling pre-owned vehicles at a franchised dealership.
  • Education & Papers: Matric (Grade 12) + Valid SA Code 8 Driver’s Licence (Clean record).
  • Skills: Solid grip on vehicle finance, trade-in evaluations, and pipeline management.
  • Tech-Savvy: MS Office competency. Experience with Keyloop, Evolve, Automate, or Kerridge gives you a massive advantage.
  • Background Check: Clear credit and criminal history (non-negotiable).
  • Drive: High self-motivation and a willingness to work rostered weekends and public holidays.

🎯 Key Metrics for Success (KPIs):

  • Meeting monthly unit and gross profit targets.
  • Maximising F&I penetration and value-added accessory sales.
  • Maintaining excellent customer feedback with low cancellation rates.
