Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business Drive operational excellence across retail, warehouse and logistics functions Lead and develop operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Support and improve retail store performance and customer experience Manage warehouse operations, inventory and distribution processes Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices Analyse operational performance and implement improvement initiatives Ensure business objectives are achieved while maintaining high operational standards Work closely with leadership to support business growth and operational strategy Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Management role Proven experience managing multiple operational functions Strong people management and leadership experience Experience within one or more of the following industries: Retail FMCG Food Manufacturing Warehousing Distribution Logistics Supply Chain Strong commercial and financial understanding Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiencies and business performance Proficient in Microsoft Office Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous We Are Looking For Someone Who Is A strong operational leader with a hands-on approach Process-driven and solutions-focused Commercially minded with sound business acumen Resilient and able to perform under pressure An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Decisive and confident in making operational decisions Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams Highly Advantageous Experience managing multiple retail stores Experience leading teams of 100+ employees Proven success in improving operational performance and implementing operational efficiencies Stable career history demonstrating progression and longevity What's on Offer This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in shaping operations and contributing to future success.
