Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the strategic sale of finance and insurance products, consistently exceeding set targets.
• Ensure impeccable adherence to all legal and financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with customers, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert, tailored financial product advice to customers, aligning solutions with their unique needs.
• Process all applications with exceptional efficiency and accuracy, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
• Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the dealership through proactive sales initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• NQF 4 in Retail or Short-Term Insurance, with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits.
• A minimum of 3 - 4 years'' relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities (please provide your Date of First Appointment - DOFA).
• Valid RE Accreditation.
• Valid NCA Accreditation.
• Up-to-date CPD hours for all relevant cycles.
• Proof of completed COS training.
• A comprehensive understanding of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership operational principles.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
