Storekeeper

Duties & Responsibilities
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to and control the stores budget aiming for minimum expenditure and maximum and monitor stock the store complies with all legal health and safety the ordering of all food resale and beverage as part of a team with strong interpersonal all stock from suppliers according to Tsebo policies and all stock from fridges freezers dry stores and chemical stores in accordance with company specifications regarding portion sizes quantities and specified the costing of stock meals and functions is completed accurately timeously and all invoices daily on Tsebo weekly stock high standards of hygiene in accordance with Tsebo ahead to ensure stock availability and report any stock shortages or all storerooms fridges and freezers are clean and that all products are correctly stacked and date-marked at all all wastage and leftovers proper handovers when and maintain supplier and client the safekeeping and protection of all products and equipment in the and where possible take action regarding customer complaints and relief support in this and other local units from time to time and carry out any reasonable requests from stock rotation procedures are implemented and on product within the prescribed store operating hours.
