A well-established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Trade Tested Millwright to join its maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and planned maintenance on production machinery Attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns with minimal downtime Conduct fault-finding on PLC-controlled equipment Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and other production equipment Install, commission and modify machinery where required Complete maintenance reports and documentation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Work closely with production teams to maximise plant availability Minimum Requirements Qualified Trade Tested Millwright Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience PLC fault-finding experience Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance Sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to work shifts or overtime when operationally required Advantageous Experience FMCG or high-volume manufacturing Automated production lines Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or TPM exposure CMMS or maintenance management systems What We're Looking For Hands-on and technically strong Calm under pressure Excellent fault-finding ability Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Team player with a proactive attitude Safety-conscious and quality-focused If you're looking for your next challenge within a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will be valued and rewarded, we'd like to hear from you.
