A prestigious upmarket 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead its award-winning F&B operation.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a polished hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel environments, exceptional people leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to delivering world-class guest experiences.

POSITION INFO:

What we’re looking for:

• SA Local citizen
• Diploma in Hospitality
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a 5-star hotel
• Strong background in luxury hospitality operations
• Exceptional staff management, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Proven experience managing large teams across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, stock management, and service standards
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
• Professional, well-presented, and service-driven

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across all outlets
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team
• Maintain 5-star service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Control food and beverage costs, stock, and supplier relationships
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to deliver seamless operations

Please note: Only candidates with recent 5-star hotel Food & Beverage management experience will be considered.
