Earnings: R800,000 - R1,600,000+ per year (Uncapped)

Duties:

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth throughout the GCC markets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.

• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored workforce and talent solutions that meet regional business needs.

• Provide exceptional client service while building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of business development, sales, or new business experience within the GCC markets.

• Proven track record of securing new clients and generating revenue across the Gulf region.

• Strong understanding of GCC business cultures, procurement processes, and market dynamics.

• Ability to independently develop, manage, and close a sales pipeline.

• Consultative sales approach with credibility to engage senior executives and stakeholders.

• Skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Management, Relationship Building, and Negotiation.
