Specialist Legal

Or client a giant leader in the telecoms industry is looking to hire Legal Specialist responsible for the delivering legal and compliance advice to the legal team. To support the legal team with:

• Vetting drafting negotiation and renewal of property leases access agreements site sharing agreements with third parties and any other agreements that may be required to enter into from time to time; all queries received from the various departments
• Engagement with internal personnel
• Dispute resolutions and litigation matters.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role must have:

• Minimum LLB Degree
• Completed articles with no PQE
• PQE of no more than 2 years
• Core competencies knowledge and experience:
• Highly developed research skills Capable of negotiating and resolving commercial transactions and disputes
• Providing legal advice to the legal team
• Developed legal drafting skills
• Highly developed oratory skills Developed decision making and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong negotiating/persuading skills Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with the business and external stakeholders
• Customer focus
• Ability to understand trade-offs or balance between business risk and legal considerations

12 month contract
Hybrid work model - 4 days at office and 1 day working from home
