Financial Coordinator

My client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate must have a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field and minimum of 2 years' relevant financial / accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Prepare journals and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant financial or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
