They are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Private Advisor to join their dynamic team to deliver exceptional wealth creation and management solutions to high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Deliver exceptional service and financial education to Private Clients focusing on wealth creation and accumulation strategies.

  • Portfolio Entrenchment: Drive client retention and increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) by applying contextual Money Management principles.

  • Comprehensive Solutions: Understand, market, and seamlessly integrate a full range of bespoke financial services solutions across the business offering.

  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Efficiently manage lead pipelines to drive business profit growth and expand the active client account base.

  • High-Performance Delivery: Consistently produce top-tier results within agreed deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Relevant NQF Level 7 FSCA-approved Degree.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificate.

    • Completed relevant Class of Business (COB) modules.

    • Full sign-off for supervision across all relevant SUB-CATS.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years proven track record within a sales/service environment in financial services.

  • Key Traits: Strong relationship-building skills based on trust, highly self-motivated, and compliance-driven.

Mandatory Compliance Check: In accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA), credit record checks will be conducted. Applicants must not be unrehabilitated insolvents.
