Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory: Deliver exceptional service and financial education to Private Clients focusing on wealth creation and accumulation strategies.
Portfolio Entrenchment: Drive client retention and increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) by applying contextual Money Management principles.
Comprehensive Solutions: Understand, market, and seamlessly integrate a full range of bespoke financial services solutions across the business offering.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Efficiently manage lead pipelines to drive business profit growth and expand the active client account base.
High-Performance Delivery: Consistently produce top-tier results within agreed deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Relevant NQF Level 7 FSCA-approved Degree.
Regulatory Compliance:
RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificate.
Completed relevant Class of Business (COB) modules.
Full sign-off for supervision across all relevant SUB-CATS.
Experience: 3 to 5 years proven track record within a sales/service environment in financial services.
Key Traits: Strong relationship-building skills based on trust, highly self-motivated, and compliance-driven.
Mandatory Compliance Check: In accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA), credit record checks will be conducted. Applicants must not be unrehabilitated insolvents.
