What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression

• Managing bookings and guest enquiries

• Handling calls, emails, and general reception duties

• Maintaining accurate guest records and administrative tasks

• Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, professional, and well-presented

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and email systems

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

• Previous hotel reception or hospitality experience will be advantageous

• Experience with Semper will be advantageous

• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
