Telesales Consultant About the Opportunity Our client is seeking enthusiastic, driven, and professional Telesales Consultants to join their growing sales team based in Monte Vista/Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities - Contact prospective clients by telephone. - Introduce the companys products and services professionally. - Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. - Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. - Handle customer questions and objections professionally. - Follow up on leads and sales opportunities. - Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives. - Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system. - Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction. Minimum Requirements - Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong telephone etiquette and listening skills. - Professional, friendly, and confident communication style. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. - Applicants must have a secure WhatsApp number for communication throughout the recruitment process. Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 08:00 16:30 - Friday: 08:00 16:00 - No weekends or public holidays.
