We are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels including in-store online and social media. You will assist with laybye/deposit applications TV license applications customer invoicing and after-sales service.

Requirements Previous retail sales experience (2 years preferred). Ability to learn technical aspects of products and communicate these effectively. Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. Strong administrative skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Matric certificate (Retail/Business qualifications advantageous).
