SUMMARY:
Sales Support / Logistics Coordinator – Stikland (Cape Town)
R12 000 - R15 000 p/m

POSITION INFO:
To provide administrative and logistical support to the sales office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing confirmed customer orders, coordinating courier and freight quotations, and ensuring orders are dispatched efficiently. This role also requires a willingness to learn and operate a laser printer as part of the production and order fulfilment process.

Responsibilities

  • Process confirmed customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Obtain quotations from courier and freight companies and arrange shipments.
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate shipment updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and freight providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, freight costs, and customer information.
  • Learn to operate a laser printer and assist with production-related tasks as required.
  • Perform general office and logistics duties to support smooth business operations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years previous experience in a sales support, logistics, or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software and operate a laser printing system.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A hands-on approach with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

Training
Full training will be provided on the operation of the laser printer and any company-specific systems or processes.
