Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Assistant to join their Head Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, and retail planning in a fast-paced environment. You'll become part of a collaborative team with excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Export, collate and maintain business data

• Analyse sales and stock information

• Prepare reports to support business decisions

• Assist with planning and forecasting activities

• Support stock allocation across retail stores

• Monitor workflow and provide administrative support where required

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning, allocation or retail support role

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and working with large spreadsheets

• Strong numerical and analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Valid driver's licence advantageous
