Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent HR-related qualifications 3 Years' experience in a unionised environment Understanding of South African Labour Legislation Proven coordination of IR cases Proven practical understanding of HRIS Proven analytical ability Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and employees Key Responsibilities Engage and terminate all employees in the HRIS and Time and Attendance system, ensuring all appropriate documentation is filled properly and filed appropriately for future reference. Ensure that individual performance management tools are recorded in line with company goals and objectives. Ensure that all salary inputs are processed timeously on a monthly basis, and that 3rd parties are paid within the stipulated timeframes. Update employee remuneration and benefits in the HRIS and co-ordinate with appropriate service providers to ensure accuracy, including leave. Coordinate aid and retirement funds activities and claims. Coordinate and lead the recruitment process as per company requirements Assist in coordination of EE Chapter implementation as per FES requirements to promote compliance and improvements Participate in HR relevant audits and interventions within the company Submit periodic appropriate HR reports for FIS SA as and when required per company standards Maintain all the relevant HR information systems (PIMS\/ Taleo\/ Metis\/ e-charts\/ intranet\/ white pages) Coordinate disciplinary cases and coach managers to ensure appropriate actions are taken promptly Coordinate union and management meetings Assist in representing the company on labour disputes, including external dispute resolution processes Ensure induction is completed for new employees and any other HR-related training
