Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Relevant IT Leadership and Governance certifications advantageous
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years IT Leadership experience
- Experience developing IT strategies and technology roadmaps
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity IT risk and governance
- Experience within Financial Services Fintech or Banking
- Experience leading digital transformation and system modernisation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and budget management capabilities
KPAs:
- Drive technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead IT governance cybersecurity and risk management efforts
- Oversee infrastructure cloud platforms and business critical systems
- Manage technology investments and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with executive teams to align IT with business objectives
