Strand Automotive Replacement Parts Sales Specialist (Counter & Telesales)

What’s on Offer?
Salary: R9,500.00 – R10,500.00 Basic PM (Negotiable based on experience)
Incentives: Commission based on branch targets
Benefits: Provident Fund + December Annual Bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Branch-based)
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Platform Sales: Handle replacement parts sales seamlessly across the front sales counter and phone-based telesales channels.
Parts Identification: Accurately identify and recommend the right solutions for customer vehicle needs.
Target Drive: Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed branch targets.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to build long-term client loyalty.

Minimum Requirements:
Essential Experience: Previous work experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is strictly required.
Knowledge: Deep and extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
Track Record: Stable employment history with contactable references.
Traits: High energy, excellent communication, and customer focused.
Strict Legal Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:
South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).
Clear criminal record.
Clear ITC credit history (no judgments or defaults).
