Essential Skills

• AI Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures
• Prompt Engineering and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-native development
• API design integration and management
• Version control using Git and GitHub
• Testing frameworks and AI model evaluation techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on use of PyCharm Jupyter Notebook and GitHub Desktop
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills
• Experience working within or alongside SAP environments (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI Machine Learning and data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Develop data models and analytics solutions that uncover business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing SAP and enterprise platforms ensuring scalability reliability and security.
• Create and maintain AI-powered content generation and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders SAP teams and software engineers to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads in cloud environments and support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI Machine Learning and Generative AI trends and best practices.
