Our client a dynamic organisation within the FMCG industry is seeking an experienced Head of Juicery & Factory Shop to lead and grow its direct-to-consumer retail operations while driving sustainable business growth across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Juicery and Factory Shop operations across all retail locations.
- Drive sales growth profitability and commercial performance across the retail channel.
- Ensure consistent operational standards merchandising customer service and store presentation across all stores.
- Manage coach and develop store supervisors and retail teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Oversee stock management inventory control replenishment and supply chain coordination to optimise product availability and minimise waste.
- Monitor store performance through sales reporting operational dashboards and financial analysis implementing corrective actions where required.
- Manage promotional activities pricing strategies and in-store marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency customer experience and overall store performance.
- Evaluate new store opportunities and contribute to retail expansion strategies.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Finance Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless execution across the retail network.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures quality standards and health and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail multi-site operations or FMCG environments.
- Relevant qualification in Business Management Retail Management Supply Chain or a related field will be advantageous.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and driving sales performance.
- Strong experience in retail operations inventory management and stock control.
- Experience managing promotions merchandising and customer service initiatives.
- Exposure to retail expansion store rollouts or site evaluations will be advantageous.
- Experience working with multiple business systems reporting platforms and operational data.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing store profitability and operational costs.
