SALES REPRESENTATIVE & PRODUCT TRAINER (SKIN CARE) - PROVINCIAL

REPORT TO: Director of Sales

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Company Closure during Festive Season / New Years period

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Based within Johannesburg for ease of daily travel to our hub & active clients in this territory
2. Able to travel to other provinces including Mpumalanga & Limpopo (expenses covered by the company)
3. Reliable insured car with valid driver license
4. Relevant qualifications obtained (recognized internationally) in a Beauty related discipline: Beauty Specialist / Beauty Therapy / Skin Care Therapy / Cosmetology / Somatology etc.)
5. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
6. Moderator / Assessor or similar educator / trainer qualification is highly beneficial
7. Sales driven - this is an active portfolio in a large territory
8. Prior Product Trainer experience is favourable
9. Reliable self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule - able to plan ahead (weekly monthly etc)
10. Sales driven individual able to build lasting rapport with existing and new clients

DUTIES:

1. Maintain existing portfolio
2. Develop the territories and create new business leads
3. Offer training on our brands to your clients and their professional teams
4. Cold calling
5. Scheduling visits in advance
6. Brand education
7. Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
8. Prospecting
9. Trouble shooting with stockists - assist where you can
10. Facilitate promo days & product launches / expos and conferences
