Technical Sales - North West

Join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of agricultural technology innovation. Our client, a leader in integrating drone solutions within the agriculture sector, is seeking a Technical Sales professional to elevate customer engagement and drive growth in the Northern Cape region.

Duties:

• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements and facilitate the sales process

• Conduct on-site drone demonstrations for prospective agricultural clients

• Explain drone capabilities, software, mapping technologies, and precision agriculture applications

• Assist with technical presentations, product evaluations, and customer consultations

• Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle

• Support the implementation and handover of drone systems to customers

• Train clients on the operation and practical use of agricultural drone equipment

• Troubleshoot basic technical queries and liaise with the technical team as needed

• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional technical support

• Stay updated on advancements in drone technology, precision farming, and agricultural innovations

• Travel extensively to farms and customer sites across the region

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Valid South African driver’s license

• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and mobile technology

• Strong technical support and training abilities

• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
