An established organization specializing in healthcare services across private, government, and specialized sectors is seeking a dedicated Theatre Registered Nurse to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead in a fast-paced surgical setting, providing critical care and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and operational efficiency.

Duties:

• Assist the surgical team in performing surgical procedures
• Ensure optimal patient care pre- and post-operatively
• Manage theatre equipment and instrumentation, including staff education and supervision
• Provide theatre-specific training and assess staff competence
• Monitor and control stock, consignment stock, and equipment
• Ensure effective SHEQ management, PPE use, and medical waste disposal
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Report and escalate unresolved issues to the unit manager

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with Theatre Nursing accreditation
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in Critical Care Nursing and Theatre Nursing
• Ability to manage theatre equipment and staff effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
