Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will focus on identifying, evaluating, and managing both residential and commercial real estate opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, maintaining strong communication and customer service, negotiating sales, and supporting property transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales goals and providing expert guidance in real estate dealings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn and apply strategic planning and accountability models like the 4DX system
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
