Overview

This is not a “make it pretty and wait for tickets” role.

This is a production + systems + performance role.

We’re looking for a developer who can build fast, think in templates, understand SEO impact, and care deeply about how sites actually perform — not just how they look.

Your Mission

Build and maintain high-performing WordPress sites while creating repeatable systems that help our SEO and paid teams scale faster and convert better.

You are not just “supporting” SEO —

you are building the infrastructure that makes SEO and CRO work.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and improve WordPress websites (Elementor-based)
  • Service pages
  • Service-area / location pages
  • SEO landing pages
  • Paid traffic landing pages
  • Partner with the SEO team on:
    • Technical SEO improvements
    • Page speed & Core Web Vitals
    • Clean site architecture & internal linking foundations
  • Own Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics (GA4):
    • Event setup
    • Conversion tracking
    • Form tracking
    • Debugging issues before clients notice them
  • Document templates and processes so we don’t rely on tribal knowledge

What You Will NOT Do

  • 🚫 Sit idle waiting for tasks
  • 🚫 Only work on one “big project” at a time
  • 🚫 Hide behind “that’s not my job”

What Success Looks Like

  • Pages and templates shipped weekly, not “eventually”
  • BLG’s site revamp actually launches (imagine that)
  • SEO team can deploy pages faster without reinventing the wheel
  • Technical SEO issues go down, not sideways
  • Tracking works, data is clean, and attribution makes sense
  • You’re fluent in WordPress + Elementor
  • You understand how dev decisions affect SEO and CRO
  • You can think in systems and templates, not one-offs
  • You care about page speed, structure, and clean builds
  • You want to be trusted with real responsibility
  • You only want to “design”
  • You move fast but break everything
  • You think GA4 and GTM are “someone else’s job”

Tech Stack (Current)

  • WordPress (Elementor)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • SEO tooling (Alli AI, SearchAtlas, others)
  • Project management + SOPs (we value clarity)

Location / Hours

  • Open to LATAM or Europe
  • Must overlap with U.S. business hours
  • Remote-friendly, accountability required

Compensation

  • Monthly salary (region & experience dependent)
  • Opportunity to grow into a Lead Web / CRO role as we scale
