Introduction
Position/Task Grade: P16Area of specialization: To develop and support suitable technology strategies, processes, standards, specifications and designs. Functions as liaison Engineer.Department: Independent Safety and Evaluation Department (ISED)Business Unit: Nuclear Operating UnitLocation: Western Cape, Koeberg Nuclear Power Station
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting, investigation and support services to customers.
- Produce and integrate asset creation engineering solutions, designs.
- Perform as liaison engineer
- Develop discipline specific philosophies, technical standards, procedures and work practices.
- Provide input into discipline specific roadmaps.
- Conduct discipline specific new technologies research.
- Manage and conduct product, equipment, material, service development and technical change management.
- Participate in national and international technical forums.
- Contribute to development of engineers in specified disciplines.

- 4 years of relevant technical engineering experience, and related technologies
