What You'll Do:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and project managers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors
• Promote and sell a diverse range of decorative, architectural, commercial, and smart lighting solutions
• Prepare quotations, deliver product presentations, and develop lighting proposals
• Assist customers with product selection based on technical and aesthetic requirements
• Manage projects from initial enquiry to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular customer visits and product demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging market trends
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate new business
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of external sales experience, preferably in project sales and specification selling
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and market segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A driven professional with strong time management skills
