Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the full financial function of a well-established and respected organisation. Duties:

• Leading the overall financial management of the organisation
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts
• Managing debtors, creditors, payroll, compliance, and reporting functions
• Overseeing annual audits and risk management processes
• Developing and improving financial controls, systems, and procedures
• Leading and mentoring finance team members
• Providing strategic financial insight to support business decision-makin

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, financial controls, and compliance
• Experience with Pastel Accounting and advanced Excel skills
• A commercially minded individual who can think strategically while remaining hands-on
