Acquisitions Representative

We’re seeking anoutgoing,driven, andfluent English speakerto join our team as anAcquisitions Representative. This is a remote role based in South Africa, focused on converting inbound leads into signed contracts. You’ll be speaking with U.S. homeowners who are interested in selling their properties, building rapport, and closing deals. We will need to be sent a video introduction for applicants to be considered, this can be done through youtube, loom, or other video sites that allow you to send us a link.

What You’ll Do

• Speak withinbound seller leads— no cold calling
• Ask the right questions to qualify motivation, property condition, and timeline
• Negotiate price and terms, aiming to get contracts signed
• Follow up with older leadsusing calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM
• Hit performance targets and contribute to team goal

Requirements

• 1+ year of phone sales experience(real estate a plus)
• Excellent spoken Englishwith aminimal accent
• Ability to work9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Quiet work setup and a reliable internet connection

Compensation

• $7 USD per hour(paid weekly or biweekly)
• 2% commission on net profitfrom your closed deals —uncapped earnings
• Potential bonuses based on performance
