About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients making enquiries via phone or email. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and will be responsible for accurately capturing client information, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant internal team members for further follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries through phone, email, and the company website.
• Develop a solid understanding of the organisation’s services and communicate their value clearly to potential clients.
• Accurately record client details and interaction notes into the CRM system.
• Assist existing clients with follow-up queries or additional service requests.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
