Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement SHERQS management.
- Evaluate SHERQS compliance.
- Monitor SHERQS assessments.
- Provide guidance and manage SHERQS interfaces.
- Position and improve SHERQS processes.
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service and liaison.
