To execute on and coordinate change management, communication, and employee engagement activities across Group Compliance according to the culture strategy to support the achievement of Group Compliance’s strategic objectives.
Experience Required

- First Degree in Business Commerce orSocial Sciences or related
- 3-5 years - Experience in execution of Culture, Communications and Change Management solutions for Group Compliance
- 3-5 years - The role requires strong execution capabilities with strong coordination in creating content, understanding culture, change management, event planning or related activities.
- 3 years - The ability to convey ideas and information in forms such as presentation of audio, text, pictures, diagrams, photos and other electronic media.
