Key Responsibilities

• Apply enterprise risk management.


• Develop enterprise risk and resilience management processes and practices.


• Ensure risk and resilience management education, training and communication.


• Be accountable for functional risk and resilience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Eskom divisions and subsidiaries


• Comprehensive knowledge of business proces


• CURA system proficiency


• Integrated risk policy, standards and methodology


• Eskom disaster management, emergency response preparedness, integrated command systems and business continuity policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, etc.


• International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 31000 and/or 31001 requirements


• Good proficiency in pulling together data sets and analysing such e.g. performing root cause analysis, finding trends, illustrating results in graphical format, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification(s): B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Engineering/Business Management/ Risk Management/Business Administration/Commerce/Law at NQF7 with 360 credits


• Minimum Related Experience: 5 Years’ Experience in the integrated risk management field
