Hours: 8am - 5pm EST

Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,800 USD/month base + commission

Role overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a resilient individual with a strong English accent (South African, UK, or US) who thrives in a high-rejection sales environment. The SDR will be responsible for generating new client leads, utilizing the SourceWell platform, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Target: 1-2 new clients per month
• Utilizes: SourceWell platform; workflow logistics (LinkedIn, email) are in development
• Outbound calling to warm leads interested in staffing services
• Provide proof of success in client acquisition or business development

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• High resilience to handle frequent rejection
• Willingness to learn the SourceWell platform and objection handling techniques
• Positive, energetic personality; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
• Recruitment experience (particularly 360° recruitment) is a plus

Workflow & tools

• SourceWhale platform for task management and calls
• Current queue includes 262 calls, 49 emails, and LinkedIn connection requests (60-75 calls per day)
• Automated campaign steps include emails, calls, and LinkedIn requests
• Potential use of a company email address (to be determined)
• South Africa-based working hours preferred, with overlap with US East Coast time
